§ 2-13-16. Reports to the board.

If the director determines that a state of local emergency should be declared, the director shall report to the board or the individual decision maker described in section 2-13-17 of this article, as the case may be, all the facts and circumstances concerning the state of local emergency and the director's recommendations in connection therewith.
