§ 2-13-21. Mutual aid.

All mutual aid activities shall be performed in accordance with the statewide mutual aid agreement for catastrophic disasters and coordinated through the Manatee County Emergency Operations Center in conjunction with the state emergency operations center. These activities include, but are not limited to, assistance to other impacted jurisdictions, state requests for resources and meeting evacuation and sheltering needs statewide.
