§ 2-13-29. Penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this article or any order, proclamation, rule or resolution or emergency ordinance adopted pursuant to this article shall be punished as provided by section 252.50, Florida Statutes, and other general law. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
