§ 2-13-62. State of emergency or disaster.

(a)

Where a state of emergency has been declared, the county administrator is authorized to suspend any of the provisions of this article.

(b)

Each certificate holder shall make available ambulance resources to the county during periods of abnormal ALS call activity when county resources are depleted.
