§ 2-14-71. Enforcement.

(a)

Violations of this chapter may be prosecuted and punished as provided in Section 125.69, Florida Statutes. Each day any violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

This chapter may be enforced in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, and section 2-2-25 of the Manatee County Code of Ordinances.

(c)

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the county may also enforce this chapter by actions at law or in equity for damages and injunctive relief. In the event the county prevails in any such action, the county shall be entitled to an award of costs and attorney's fees.
