§ 2-16-21. County responsibility.

It shall be the responsibility of the county to provide for collection service to all residential improved real property and commercial improved real property within the unincorporated county (and incorporated areas within the county to the extent permitted by applicable law) under the terms and provisions of this chapter except for property excluded under the provisions of this chapter.
