§ 2-16-65. Impact fee.

There is hereby imposed a solid waste and recyclable materials impact fee on the development of all real property in the unincorporated county. No building permit shall be issued without certification from the department that such impact fee has been paid. The amount of the impact fee, if any, shall be the rate established by resolution as may be amended from time to time, as provided herein.
