§ 2-16-67. Billing periods.

Latest version.

The monthly period upon which the service charges shall be computed and for which they shall be paid for each premises or parcel of land shall:
(a)

For premises or parcels of land served by the water and/or wastewater system of the county, coincide with the monthly period upon and for which charges for the furnishing of water and/or wastewater service are computed; and

(b)

For premises or parcels of land not served by the water or wastewater system of the county, be the monthly period most convenient to the county.
