§ 2-16-81. Individual exemptions.

(a)

No new exemptions from residential collection service may be granted after the effective date of this ordinance. Any individual exemption granted prior to the effective date of this ordinance shall remain in effect, unless or until such exemption expires, is voluntary relinquished by the owner, or is revoked by the director, as provided herein.

(b)

The county shall not provide collection services to any residential improved real property for which an individual exemption has been granted.

(c)

All individual exemptions are temporary and may be revoked by the director if the conditions under which it was granted have changed.
