§ 2-16-114. Execution of the bonds.

  • Any county commissioner may execute any of the bonds either manually or by facsimile signature and the clerk or any deputy clerk of the board may attach the official seal of the county and attest to the signature of the county commissioner executing said bonds either manually or by facsimile signature. That any bonds issued pursuant to this article, bearing the signatures of the officers in office on the date of the signing thereof shall be valid and binding obligations, notwithstanding that before the delivery thereof and payment therefor, any or all of the persons whose signatures appear thereon, shall have ceased to be officers of the county.
