§ 2-16-116. Liens on revenues and special assessments.

All bonds issued pursuant to this article shall have a lien upon the revenues derived from the county solid waste system and such special assessments, to the extent and in the manner provided in the resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds. The rank and priority of different issues of bonds issued by the county pursuant to this article shall be provided in the resolution or resolutions authorizing the bonds.
