§ 2-17-44. Construction.

This article shall be liberally construed to accomplish its purposes, consistent with the statutes and regulations of the United States and the State of Florida. It is the intent of the board that this article shall provide, within the limitations of the Federal and State Constitutions and statutory mandates, for fair housing in the county and for the removal of any kind of local impairment or impediment to the fulfillment of the purposes of this article.
