Sections 9—15 of Ord. No. 12-33, adopted Sept. 25, 2012, repealed §§ 2-17-55—2-17-61, which pertained to investigation of complaint, evidence and access to records, conciliation agreement, burden of proof, right to sue and enforcement, termination of efforts when lawsuit comes to trial, and violations and penalty, respectively.
