§ 2-19-65. Territory embraced.

Latest version.

All territory within the legal boundaries of Manatee County, Florida, including all incorporated and unincorporated areas, shall be embraced by the provisions of this article. In the event that this article conflicts with any municipal ordinance, the municipal ordinance shall take precedence.
