§ 2-19-66. Severability.

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this article is held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision, and said holding shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining portions of this article.
