§ 2-19-67. Compliance dates.

(a)

Any convenience store legally in operation on the effective date of this article or which actually opens for full-time business within fourteen (14) days thereof, shall have one hundred twenty (120) days from the effective date of this article to comply with the provisions herein and shall continuously comply thereafter.

(b)

Except as set out in subsection (a) of this section, any convenience store that opens for business for the first time shall be in compliance with this article on the first day of business and continuously thereafter.
