§ 2-19-73. Posting of rates and billing.

All tow truck operators shall post copies of the above maximum nonconsensual towing rates at their principal places of business and storage sites, where they will be readily readable by members of the public. All tow truck operators will provide legible itemized bills to vehicle owners or operators of vehicles towed, upon request.
