§ 2-19-84. Penalties.

Violations of this article shall be prosecuted in the same way as misdemeanors are prosecuted, and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
