§ 2-19-97. Territorial effect.

This article VII shall be effective throughout Manatee County, including county-owned or controlled lands within any municipality, except that where a provision hereof is in direct and irreconcilable conflict with any provision of a municipal ordinance, that provision will not be effective within that municipality.
