§ 2-1-10. Official seal of Manatee County.

Beginning on 12:01 a.m. Sunday, March 2, 2014, the Official Seal of Manatee County shall be:

The legal effect of the seal shall be same whether it is affixed or rendered in color or black and white.

(c)

The unauthorized manufacture, use, display or other employment of the Official Manatee County Seal is subject to the limitations and criminal sanctions set forth in Florida Statutes Section 165.043.
