§ 2-21-46. Confiscation of unattended donation boxes.

Unattended donation boxes placed in the right-of-way violating this section may be taken by county staff and held for thirty (30) days or until claimed. Unclaimed donation boxes after the expiration of thirty (30) days may be confiscated by the county or destroyed.
