§ 2-21-59. Deactivation of audible alarms.

The alarm user shall deactivate the alarm within fifteen (15) minutes or adjust the alarm to automatically deactivate within fifteen (15) minutes of activation. Failure to do so shall be deemed a violation by the alarm user, and a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be assessed.
