§ 2-21-64. Modification of existing alarm systems.

Whenever an existing alarm system is serviced, modified, or inspected, the alarm system contractor shall disable the following features, or a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be assessed:
(a)

Single action, nonrecessed switches that activate a panic alarm;

(b)

Duress or "one-plus" programming that activates a panic alarm.
