§ 2-21-69. Periodic review of fee/fine structure.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the sheriff shall conduct a periodic review, no less than once every other year, of the fee and fine amounts set forth herein, to determine whether the amounts are reasonably related to its administration and effectiveness. The sheriff shall forward any recommended changes in the fee structure to the county commission for consideration.
