§ 2-21-124. Warning signs.
Latest version.
Warnings signs shall be displayed at the Historic Courthouse, the Judicial Center, and other public buildings which will give a person of ordinary intelligence fair notice that the activities listed are forbidden by law. The lack of a sign at any given time or location, or a violator's failure to read or comprehend a sign, shall not be a defense to an alleged violation of this article.
