§ 2-21-127. Civil remedies and citations.

In addition to the criminal penalties provided in section 2-21-35, the board of county commissioners is authorized to institute any appropriate action or proceeding, including suit for injunctive relief, as may be necessary, in order to prevent or abate violations of this article. Citations may also be issued to enforce this article as provided in section 2-2-25 of this Code.
