  § 2-22-12. Vehicles making right turns.

  • (a)

    All vehicles are hereby prohibited from making a right turn on the red traffic signal indication when pedestrians are present, as specified below:

    9th Avenue West (westbound), onto northbound 43rd Street west.

    9th Avenue Northwest (eastbound), onto southbound 75th Street Northwest.

    9th Avenue Northwest (westbound), onto northbound 75th Street Northwest.

    9th Street East (northbound and southbound), onto 63rd Avenue East.

    17th Street East (Palmetto) (eastbound), onto southbound S.R. 55 (US 41/19).

    22nd Street Court East (southbound) , onto westbound S.R. 70.

    22nd Street Court East (northbound) , onto eastbound S.R. 70.

    30th Avenue West (eastbound), onto southbound 1st Street/US 41/S.R. 55.

    30th Avenue East (eastbound), onto southbound U.S. 301.

    30th Avenue East (westbound), onto northbound U.S. 301.

    34th Street West (northbound), onto eastbound 53rd Avenue West.

    43rd Street West (northbound), onto eastbound 9th Avenue West.

    43rd Street West (northbound), onto eastbound Manatee Avenue West/S.R. 64.

    43rd Street West (westbound), onto eastbound 9th Avenue West.

    53rd Avenue West (westbound), onto northbound 34th Street West.

    53rd Avenue West (eastbound), onto southbound 34th Street West.

    59th Street West (eastbound) , onto southbound 29th Avenue West.

    59th Street West (southbound) , onto westbound Cortez Road.

    60th Avenue West (westbound), onto northbound 26th Street West.

    63rd Avenue East (westbound), onto northbound 9th Street East.

    75th Street Northwest (northbound) , onto eastbound 9th Avenue Northwest.

    75th Street Northwest (southbound) , onto westbound 9th Avenue Northwest.

    Bayshore Gardens Parkway (westbound), onto northbound 14th Street West/US 41/S.R. 45.

    Bayshore Gardens Parkway (westbound), onto northbound 26th Street West.

    Cortez Road (westbound) , onto northbound 59th Street West.

    Florida Boulevard (eastbound), onto southbound Canada Boulevard.

    S.R. 70 (eastbound) , onto southbound 22nd Street Court East.

    S.R. 70 (westbound) , onto northbound 22nd Street Court East.

    (b)

    All vehicles are hereby prohibited from making a right turn on the red traffic signal indication at all times, as specified below:

    44th Avenue East (eastbound), onto southbound 301 Boulevard.

    44th Avenue East (westbound), onto northbound 301 Boulevard.

    Factory Shops Boulevard (eastbound), onto southbound 60th Avenue East (Ellenton).

    North Access Drive to North River Village (westbound), onto northbound 60th Avenue East (Ellenton).
