§ 2-22-43. Notice to sheriff's department.

The county sheriff's department shall be given forty-eight (48) hours' notice in writing prior to any building being moved and the mover shall furnish with the notice a plat showing the route to be traversed and the approximate time the building shall be located at each intersection in the county and such further information as the sheriff's department may require.
