Upon recommendation by the director or on its own initiative, the county commission
may from time to time establish, modify, revoke or suspend a schedule of fees related
to the uses of county park or recreation facilities, programs or services. Such fees
may be expressed as a flat fee, a percentage of income, or a fee range. To the extent
a fee range is established, the director shall have the authority to set and adjust
the specific fee within the set range as actual costs and market conditions dictate.
