§ 2-24-8. Vending and posting of signs.

  • (1)

    Vending and peddling. No person shall offer for sale any services, article or thing; nor place any stand, cart, or vehicle for the transportation, sale or display of any such article or thing, in any park unless authorized to do so by a county-issued license or concession under the authority and regulation of the director.

    (2)

    Signs and handbills. No person shall distribute handbills or circulars, or post any sign, placard, advertisement, or similar item; nor erect or cause to be erected any sign whatever in any county park. Special event directional or other similar temporary signs may be permitted by the director and must be promptly removed after the special event.
