County personnel authorized to exercise supervisory duties over any county park may
place "no trespassing" signs to any closed park areas, may order any person to leave
the park, and may also request law enforcement to deliver such an order. Any person
who refuses to obey such an order to leave shall be in violation of this chapter and,
in addition to penalties related to the ordinance violation, may be referred to law
enforcement for criminal violation of Section 810.09, Florida Statutes. If the person
refusing to leave is in possession of a dangerous weapon, such referral shall be based
upon Section 810.09(2)(c), Florida Statutes.
