§ 2-25-21. Program authorized.

The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to establish a program to review applications for operating permits for earth moving operations, and to continually monitor and inspect those earth moving operations that are approved consistent with Section VI, Paragraph 16, Section 3.3 of the county zoning ordinance. Written plans for such a program shall be submitted by the pollution control engineer for approval by the board of county commissioners.
