§ 2-25-22. Special fund.

A special fund is hereby established to be known as the "Manatee County Earth Moving Operations Review and Inspection Fund." The fund shall operate as follows:

(1)

All fees collected under the provisions of this article shall be deposited to the fund.

(2)

The fund shall be administered by the clerk of the board of county commissioners.

(3)

Any moneys contained in the fund not required for immediate use shall be continuously invested in the manner authorized by state law for the investment of public funds.

(4)

The moneys contained in the fund shall be used to pay the reasonable cost of the program described in paragraph (2) above and for no other purpose whatsoever.

(5)

Moneys shall be withdrawn from the fund only upon recommendation of the county health officer and approval of the board of county commissioners.
