§ 2-25-23. Permit fee.

Any person which makes application for an operating permit for earth moving operations shall pay an initial fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per acre on the first two thousand five hundred (2,500) acres of land which is included in the special exception. Said fee shall be paid at the time when the initial applications which are required for the operating permit are submitted. The maximum initial fee to be charged any one person shall be twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00).
