§ 2-25-42. Response to special master's recommendation.

The governmental entities participating in the proceeding must respond to the special master's recommendation as provided for under the act. Such response shall be made within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the recommendation of the special master, unless the period is extended by agreement of the owner and the county.
