§ 2-25-52. Applicability.

The provisions of this article apply in the unincorporated and incorporated areas of Manatee County, Florida; provided, however, the purposes and duties of the environmental lands management and acquisition committee serving as the tree advisory committee described in subsection 2-25-55(b)(3) of the Manatee County Code of Ordinances shall apply only in the unincorporated areas of Manatee County, Florida.
