§ 2-25-58. Use of lands.

Property held in fee simple by the county and acquired, managed or protected with funds made available pursuant to this article may serve multiple uses, provided that no use shall negatively impact the native species, habitats or ecological processes of the site (except as provided in section 2-25-59 below).
