§ 2-26-32. Sanctions.

The board may impose any one or more of the following sanctions on a nonemployee for violations of section 2-26-30 or section 2-26-31:
(a)

Written warnings or reprimands;

(b)

Termination of contracts; or

(c)

Debarment or suspension as provided in article VIII (authority to debar or suspend).
