§ 2-26-43. Contract administration and performance evaluation.

The county administrator, in consultation with the purchasing official, is authorized
to adopt systems, procedures, standards and reporting and evaluation tools related
to the effective administration of county contracts, and the evaluation of performance
of contractors, suppliers and vendors doing business with the county. Every reasonable
effort shall be made to ensure performance data are recorded and performance concerns
addressed in a timely and factually accurate manner.
