§ 2-27-12. Budget.

The annual budget of the district shall be submitted to the board of county commissioners for its approval. Any amendment to the budget during the fiscal year must also be submitted to the board of county commissioners for approval. If the budget or a budget amendment in any year is not approved, approved with modifications, or rejected by the board of county commissioners within thirty (30) days after its submission, the budget or budget amendment shall be deemed to have been approved by the board of county commissioners.
