Chapter 2-27. MYAKKA CITY FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT

§ 2-27-13. Financial reporting.

The board of commissioners of said district shall comply with all appropriate reporting requirements for units of local government. These requirements include the filing on or before September 1 of each year of the district's estimated budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, the filing of financial statements and audits for the fiscal year ending each September 30 within the time frames identified, as well as the other specified reporting requirements.
