Chapter 2-27. MYAKKA CITY FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT

§ 2-27-7. Use of funds.

Latest version.

No funds of the district shall be used for any purpose other than for the administration of the affairs and business of the district; for the acquisition, construction, care, maintenance, upkeep and operation of sites for fire stations, fire stations and firefighting and rescue equipment; the employment of qualified personnel as provided for herein and payment of the essential personnel benefits such as health, death and disability and workers' compensation insurance; and retirement programs and other associated costs designed to further the purposes of the district.
