Chapter 2-27. MYAKKA CITY FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT

§ 2-27-9. Authority and power to acquire.

The board of commissioners of the district shall have the power and the authority to acquire by gift or purchase fire station sites, fire stations and such fire fighting and rescue equipment as is deemed necessary for the protection of said district.
