§ 2-28-26. Time of review for permit application.

The County's action on proposals to place, construct or modify a wireless facility shall be subject to the standards and time frames set out in Sections 365.172 and 337.401, Florida Statutes, 47 U.S.C. 332, 47 U.S.C. 1455 and orders issued by the Federal Communications Commission, as amended.
