§ 2-28-54. Movements involving boats, mobile homes, modular homes, swimming pools and storage sheds.

Movements of oversized vehicles or loads which involve the transportation of boats, mobile homes, modular homes, swimming pools or storage sheds shall be governed by the criteria set forth in the Florida Department of Transportation "Guide for Issuance of Oversize and Overweight Hauling Permits" (July 1991) and any subsequent modifications to said publication. At the director's discretion, blanket permits may be issued for such hauls to applicants who have established or will establish a regular routine of undertaking oversized hauls within county rights-of-way.
