§ 2-28-55. Movements involving buildings.

This article shall not be construed to govern the movement of buildings or parts of buildings. Such activities shall continue to be governed by the requirements of the Standard Building Code (1991) and any subsequent modifications to said code, as adopted by the county pursuant to Ordinance 93-35. Permits for such activities shall continue to be issued by the county's building department.
