§ 2-28-58. Jurisdiction, applicability and conflicts.

(a)

This article shall apply to county road rights-of-way in unincorporated areas of Manatee County, Florida, and to county road rights-of-way which extend into or through one or more municipalities.

(b)

In the event of any clear conflict between the provisions or requirements of this article, as amended or revised, and the provisions or requirements of any other county enactment, the provisions of this article shall prevail.
