§ 2-29-1. Investment of surplus public funds—Ad valorem tax funds.

The tax collector is authorized to invest surplus ad valorem taxation funds in savings accounts in depositories qualified according to Chapter 136, Florida Statutes and Chapter 659, Florida Statutes.
