§ 2-29-29. Tourist development council.

In accordance with Section 125.0104(4)(e) of the Act, there is hereby established the "Manatee County Tourist Development Council". The tourist development council shall be composed of members appointed by the board of county commissioners in accordance with the Act. The tourist development council shall conduct meetings and perform those duties prescribed by Florida law and such other duties as may be prescribed by county ordinance or resolution.
