§ 2-29-30. Revenue bonds, issuance; pledge of tourist development tax, revenues as security.

  • In accordance with the Act, the county may cause to be issued revenue bonds for the purposes set forth in the tourist development plan as it may be amended from time to time, or other purposes authorized pursuant to this article or the Act. The tourist development tax proceeds may be pledged to secure and liquidate, or used to pay debt service on, such revenue bonds in accordance with applicable law.
